By downloading, installing, or using the Wejhaty app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. The App is developed and operated by ViralScript Labs.

User Responsibilities

When using Wejhaty, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating an account, if applicable.
• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the App's normal operation.
• Not use the App to harass, harm, or infringe on the rights of others.
• Exercise your own judgment when following any route, direction, or suggestion provided by the App, especially regarding real-world road and travel conditions.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, logos, graphics, text, and underlying software, is the property of ViralScript Labs and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.

Wejhaty is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Route suggestions, distances, travel times, and destination information are provided for planning purposes only and may not always be accurate or up to date. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the App, and you use it at your own discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ViralScript Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to travel delays, missed connections, or reliance on route or destination information. Your use of the App, including any driving decisions made while using it, is at your own risk.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will take effect once posted, and we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
